The Guest House is perfect for family reunion housing or for accommodating out- of-town guests to the many weddings held in the Hearn Buildings in Rolater Park, and a great central location to stay while enjoying the extensive list of recreational and educational sites nearby, including golfing at the many excellent courses nearby.
Exploring the wide variety of recreation opportunities, including trout fishing in the local streams, restocked bimonthly by GA Natural Resources Dept. (including Little Cedar Creek which runs through the middle of the town), fishing for crappie and bass in Lake Weiss (AL) ; hunting in season; rock climbing; hiking & cycling on the Pinoti Trail; watching Rome Braves Baseball; canoeing & kayaking are other enjoyable activities available here or nearby.
Attending local spring and fall festivals and the annual juried Art Show on the 2nd weekend in June, participating in its annual 5 K Run, enjoying the many area historical sites, including Rolater Park just over the bridge downtown where Cave Spring's namesake cave and spring are, and swimming in the huge swimming pool built during the "Great Depression" by the C C C, are a great way to relax here.

Cave Spring is cradled in beautiful Vann's Valley, with its ever changing beauty to delight the soul, and was settled beginning in 1826. Cave Spring is proud home to the Georgia School for the Deaf since it began with five students in 1846.
On the downtown square, will be found a lovely Veterans Walk with memorial benches for repose, that honor those who gave their devotion to town and country while in the many branches of the service throughout the years, and whose names are engraved along the winding walk.
