     The property is rented to you for the time stated in booking confirmation. Any extension is subject to availability.
Amendment to reserved dates is considered a cancellation and a new booking will be required, dates subject to availability. Deposit will transfer to new dates. Deposit will be refunded in the manner in which it was paid if reservation is cancelled at least 10 days prior to booked dates.
Rate schedule is subject to change without published notice.
Renter must have a valid credit card on file. Deposit for one day's lodging is required to reserve dates requested. Remainder of bill is due and payable at check-in. Credit cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, with payments cleared through PayPal. Any or all payments can be paid directly through PayPal account.
Children of all ages are welcome, but parents/guardians are solely responsible for their care.
This is a smoke-free home but with suitable smoking area outside.
Renter shall not sublet, nor assign property to another individual.
Renter may not remove any of the furniture or effects from the property and will be liable for any furniture or other property damaged or missing from premises. Doors should be locked whenever renter leaves property. In an effort to conserve resources, please switch off all lights, appliances and water when leaving property.
